The Office of Family Planning (OFP) is charged by the California Legislature “to make available to citizens of the State who are of childbearing age comprehensive medical knowledge, assistance, and services relating to the planning of families”.

Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Vaccine Preventable Disease Control Program (LAC DPH VPDCP) recommends that immunizing the youngest children and pregnant women, remain a top priority in the context of well-child care, prenatal care, and community health.

Under the guidance of the California Department of Health Care Services, the Medi-Cal fee-for-service program aims to provide health care services to about 13 million Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

Covered California is the health insurance marketplace in the U.S. state of California established under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Medicare is federal health insurance for people 65 or older, some younger people with disabilities, people with End-Stage Renal Disease.
