The 5th Annual Rubber Ducky Regatta now at Castaic Lake has expanded into a community-wide family festival for 2007. And we are proud to announce that Fifth District County Supervisor Mike Antonovich has agreed to be our Honorary Chairman.
10,000 little yellow rubber ducks will be available for “adoption” at $5.00 each (and special packages of ducky families can also be “adopted”). On October 20th the ducks will race to the finish line at Lake Castaic Lagoon, cheered on by their “adoptive” parents and their families. The first place winner of the race is entitled to the Grand Prize. Five other significant prizes will be awarded to the 2nd to 6th place finishers, as well as a chance for one lucky person to win one million dollars! Supervisor Mike Antonovich will be on hand to announce the lucky winners. What prize will you go home with?
